An Argument for Roses

Can we take a moment to talk about roses?

Almost every time we chat with a couple about a proposal, we hear the phrase, "I'd rather not have any roses in my arrangements".

In the beginning, we kind of agreed. After all, most of us imagine those sad, tightly wound roses wilting on the grocery store shelf when we picture a rose and we won't blame you for not wanting those anywhere near your wedding. But, we're here today to make a case for the roses that you might not know exist. The kinds of roses that take your breath away and make you say, "THAT is a ROSE?!". Yes, yes it is. Below, we're showing some of our all time favorite arrangements that include roses that are anything but ordinary.

The cinnamon peach rose front and center in this bouquet is a true beauty. It's ruffled petals give it great character and the color is perfectly delicate.

Would you believe it if we said that most of the blooms in this bouquet were roses? The petite roses here are blush majoilka and the hot pink and blush blooms that take center stage are garden roses. The garden roses are slightly pricier than a standard rose but well worth the money.

This sweet centerpiece has a mix of garden roses and ghobi peach roses. Both are stunning by themselves but paired together and accented with ranunculus and safflower, they're a show-stopper.

Last but not least, this luscious bouquet proves once and for all that roses are neither old fashioned nor boring. Paired with the right blooms, they help to create a garden masterpiece that will take your wedding day to a whole other level.
